May 30th. Had 2 bites of orange chicken, 1 spring roll, 1 rangoon, but I really pigged out on the chow mein. An hour later ( and for about an hour after that), had abdominal cramps & explosive diarrhea. After that I was fine, and I suspect it was too much msg in the chow mein? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
