Ate Plate meal (2 entrees) of orange chicken and chicken w/ green beans with fried rice as a side for lunch which was my only meal of the day before becoming sick. Meal was eaten about 1pm and symptoms started at about 9pm. Diarrhea and Nausea as well as extreme chills, profuse sweating and dull aching joint pain. Wasn’t able to sleep that entire night with symptoms gradually subsiding over the next 48 hours causing me to lose a day at work as well as the next day being very unpleasant to make through | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Sweating, Joint Pain
