Got it for dinner yesterday July 5th 2019 7:30ish pm ate around 8ishpm started feeling sick at work at 10am. Couldn’t stomach to eat breakfast or lunch, 5pm threw up after having diarrhea. Got sent home been vomiting and having diarrhea since I got home along with chills and fever. I ordered chow main, broccoli beef and orange chicken. (Broccoli beef was a new one for me). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
