I ate their orange chicken and fried rice around 8-9pm. I went to bed around 2am and woke up at 4am sick. My head and neck were extremely hot and the rest of my body was freezing. I threw up and had diarrhea for 2 hours. My stomach pain was about the same as my labor pains were. This was the worst I've been sick in as long as I can remember. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
