I ordered Orange Chicken bowl and wontons from the location in terminal 4 at the Phoenix Airport. Water was my beverage. Within an hour I was feeling hot and then chills. I was thinking it was the airport cranked up the heat but noticed no one else was uncomfortable with the heating. Flew out on a 1.5 hour flight. Within a half hour of landing I was still having feverish feelings and chills but I had arrived home by then. I had one bite of bread and didn’t feel like swallowing it, I had to run to the bathroom and vomited all of my food up. After throwing up, I just had some ginger ale and felt relatively ok (no more fever and chills) which was a relief. I got rid of the food before it settled in. I don’t ever vomit or have issues like this so I thought I should report it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
