I went to get lunch at Panda Express. I got the usual chow mein and teriyaki chicken bowl. Had it for lunch and went to take a nap after getting home. I woke up in the evening with diarrhoea and vomiting for the whole evening. I am still having diarrhoea on day 2.. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
