I picked up an order of orange chicken, ra goons and a sprin roll about 1845 Sunday nite on 12/2/18 for dinner where I work at Cranberry Place right across the highway. Went back to work. Ate a spring roll at approx 7:30 pm followed by 2 ra goons. Which ra goons didn't take up to par. At 8 pm I started eating the orange chicken, just bites of chicken itself By 845 My stomach did not feel well so went to bathroom. Diarrhea started along with projectile vomiting. I must have passed out because I found myself by 2130 laying in bathroom floor with vomit and diarrhea stools all around me. I was wet with cold sweat and extremely dizzy. Couldn't pick myself off floor. One of my coworkers came to ck on me after messaging her what happened and where I was. They helped me up cked my vitals with B/p being 63/30 due to loss of so much fluid. They gave me ginger ale and a friend had a Zofran I was able to hold down. They wanted to call 911. I refused and had them call my daughter to pick up and take me home. Aprox 4 more bouts with watery stool once home. No further vomiting. Only dry heaves and abd discomfort. This morning I awake to abd discomfort small amt diarrhea nausea but no vomiting. Weakness, dizziness and leg cramping. I am sipping on Gatorade sucking salt off a cracker lying in bed now with weakness and dizziness . I will not seek medical attention at this time because I am a stubborn nurse and no the worse is over. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Dizziness, Sweating
