Lo Mein Illness: Severe Nausea - Panda Express, Corinth Texas

Yesterday evening 09/09/18, around 6 or 7 pm. I had the lo mein which was dry and dehydrated looking & tasted wretched, orange chicken, mushroom chicken which tasted like cleaning product, and spring rolls which were not very warm. I ended up throwing it in the garbage after tasting everything. So dissatisfied. Around 11:30 pm that night is when I began vomiting and having diarrhea, after feeling quite a bit of nausea prior. I felt like I had the flu. I threw up so much throughout the night and this morning that I no longer have anything solid to throw up. Same with the diarrhea. It is now Monday 09/10/18, 10:50 am and I am still feeling symptoms accompanied by nausea, aching, headache, weakness, and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness
