vegetarian crunch wrap supreme. Went thru drive thru. Got crunch wrap supreme. After 3 hours, first I was very nauseous, then I had severe projectile vomit. And was sick for the next 4 days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Yesterday evening 09/09/18, around 6 or 7 pm. I had the lo mein which was dry and dehydrated looking & tasted wretched, orange chicken, mushroom chicken which tasted like cleaning product, and spring rolls which were not very warm. I ended up throwing it in the garbage… See more
