They took my order but was out of fried rice. She wrote my order on the back of the plate and turned it over near the cashier station. Then she left to put a sign on the drive thru. A few minutes later, returned and filled my order with that same plate. I didn't think much of it. But she cross contaminated my plate. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
