Panera Bread
Around 6 last night, boyfriend and I went to Panera. I ordered a half black bean soup, half Fuji Apple chicken salad - without the chicken. He ordered Thai chicken salad and half of frontega chicken sandwich. 30 minutes after eating I felted theme nausea, that worsened throughout the night. At around 1AM started having terrible diarrhea. My boyfriend woke up at around the same time with diarrhea, and also ended up vomiting 4 times. Needless to say we will never eat at a Panera again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
