Food Safety Report: Panera Bread.

Went to Panera bread and had the Soba Noodle Bowl with Chicken. About an hour after eating it, I had returned to work and began to vomit profusely. Had to leave work early for the day. Vomited in my car, could barely make it home in 45 min traffic. Still feeling horrible. | Symptoms: Vomiting
