I went to eat around 1200 noon (July 16,2019) and ate chicken avocado melt with lettuce ,spinach, arucula sandwich . Around night time starting getting sick with headache and nauseas. I treated myself at home with po fluids but syntoms gotten worse .I went to ER ,Morristown General Hospital after lot tests performed I was diagnostic with food poison .Bacteria found SALMONELLA | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
