8 months ago reported by user-zwkmx576 business

Panera Bread, 209 South Kings Drive, Charlotte, NC, USA

209 South Kings Drive, Charlotte, 28204 North Carolina, United States

On April 2, 2025 I had Panera's chicken noodle soup with a baguette side and a diet Pepsi. Within an hour I started having stomach pain and a general feeling of unwellness that grew worse as the day progressed. Within four hours I was having very watery diarrhea. Within seven hours I was vomiting violently and still having diarrhea. Within 12 hours everything had mostly passed, leaving some lingering nausea and stomach pain that went away over the next day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
