I consumed the Thai Chopped Chicken Salad and a side of Mac & Cheese. Within 4 hours I was Vomiting, had diarrhea and a mid level fever. My dehydration level is high and I'm having trouble replacing fluids as drinking any amount of Water triggers vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration
