Tomato Soup Illness Duo - Panera Bread,

My fiancé and I ate at panera bread this past Sunday afternoon / evening and both got the tomato basil soup with bread and crutons . We both felt extremely sick that. Evening , for me with very bad contraction like craps in my stomach and back and a very hubby stomach as well as a fever and headache and no appetite for food . Once we realized we both had the same symptoms , we knew it had to be food poisoning because that was the last thing we ate that day . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Loss of Appetite
