I ate broccoli soup and a flatbread on Thursday. Friday i felt a little funny early saturday morning i had diarrhea and vomitting nonstop the entire day, i felt little better Sunday still has diarrhea but not as frequent but monday night had diarrhea nonstop. Went to urgent care today Tuesday and they did some test, Most take 2-3 days to get back but one showed blood in my stool | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool
