Soup or Pasta Sickness - Panera Bread,

Had the chicken and wild rice soup, and tortellini pasta. Don't know which one did it to me, but I've been in bed for four days now with severe abdominal pain, fever, chills, then sweating. Not fun. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating, Stomach Pain
