Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Not sure but had a Cobb salad at Pannera Bread in Shrewsbury NJ Thursday Oct. 17 and was sick a few hours later. Nausea, vomitting, diarrhea, headache and chills for a few hours until empty. Had to rehydrate and felt wiped out all day Friday.
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: other: Result was feeling weak and dehydrated for 2 days following
