I went here and ordered a SW Salad. My partner ordered a Turkey Avocado. We both ordered Lemonades with ice. They were out of avocados (as usual) The only things out meals had in common was the lettuce and ice in drinks. Not sure which made of us sick but the next morning we both were vomiting and had severe diarrhea and nausea for several days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
