I often get the Thai chicken salad at Panara Bread and get the dressing on the side. This time they put it on the salad and I assumed I forgot to say I wanted it on the side. It tasted weird but I assumed it was because their was so much dressing. A number of hours later I started throwing up and threw up all night long and felt so bad I stayed in bed for 3 days. I called the doctor but I live alone and was to weak to go there. She advised me of the diet I should eat when I could eat. I'm never going back to Panera Bread. Why risk losing a week of your life. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
