Bagel-Induced Digestive Distress - Panera Bread,

Ordered an asiago bagel ..about 30 minutes after eating it my stomach started rumbling and then the nausea came I felt bloated beyond belief and was having severe stomach cramping .I have been in pain all day long and I ate the bagel over 11 hours ago and I am still in unbearable pain and can't even move . I remember getting sick a few years ago from their bread but I didn't remember and now here i am sick again.there is something in there bread because my friend got sick from her ciabatta roll also .I have the worst headache of my life as well . I will never ever eat at panera again . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Bloating
