Tuna Sandwich Illness Suspected - Panera Bread, Dartmouth Massachusetts

I had lunch in Panera at 12pm on 01/12/17. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich with lettuce and chips. I got home at 1ish left tired and took a nap. During my nap I felt weak, nauseous and stomachache. Every time i got up I felt nauseous. Few minutes pass I got hot and was sweating. Lay down for a few more minutes then rush to the bathroom to vomit. I vomit twice and have a temp of 101.7. It's 8p.m and I still feel nauseous and fatigue. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Sweating, Stomach Pain
