On February 20, 2021, Saturday; I order a pick two combo with a Chipotle Chicken Avocado melt and broccoli cheddar mac & cheese. I ate the sandwich first then started eating the mac & cheese and became very nauseous while eating it. Within 10 minutes of eating i felt to sick that i couldn’t finish without wanting to throw up. I felt nauseous, dizzy, had a headache and my blood pressure was super high. The next day i felt the same way but worse with horrible Diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Headache, Dizziness
