Food Safety Report - Panera Bread, Easton Pennsylvania

6 years ago reported by user-gnzjp222 business

Panera Bread, Easton-Nazareth Highway, Easton, PA, USA

3714 Easton-Nazareth Highway, Easton, 18045 Pennsylvania, United States

I ate a half salad (Fuji Apple Chicken) and half sandwich (turkey BLT). The salad had romaine lettuce in it, and I confirmed by calling Panera that it was the same romaine lettuce from a facility in Yuma, AZ responsible for the latest E.coli outbreak. 3 days later, I came down with mild stomach cramping and had diarrhea 6 times, with nausea. I'm positive I had a mild strain of E.coli given the timing of the symptoms (usually E.Coli hits 3-4 days after ingestion). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
