On May 17th at 12 noon I ate a grilled chicken southwest salad and vegetable soup and got extremely sick a hour later. I believe I had food poisoning or maybe even E coli. I walked by it l today in the mall and seen they were closed at lunch time so maybe a lot of other people got sick too? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other
