Early this morning. Broccoli cheddar soup My 3yr old vomited 10min after eating the soup as well. She threw up while sitting inside the restaurant. I ordered their broccoli cheddar soup for my daughter and I. About 10min after my daughter ate the soup she vomited up the entire soup on Panera Bread floor. A few hours later I vomited up the soup as well and have diarrhea. That was the only food I ate. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
