I went inside to order lunch. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, a bag of chips, & a drink. I was feeling fine when eating but within 15 minutes after eating, I rushed to the restroom at Target and had the worst bout of diarrhea. I felt hot (feverish) and walked around the Grossmont mall for a bit longer. I had another bad bout of diarrhea 10 minutes later. I went home feeling like crap & vomited my lunch. I just could not eat for the rest of the day. It was just awful. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
