Turkey Sandwich Illness Report - Panera Bread,

Ordered the turkey smokehouse sandwich and the cheddar broccoli soup as takeout and took it home fresh. I went to sleep an hour later with a hot stomach. I woke up the morning after with a 103-degree fever and severe diarrhea up to two days and counting. Hot and cold sweats nausea. Dizziness and difficulty walking. Stomach aches and all over body aches. Fiery head pounding headaches. Everything I ate destroyed me in the bathroom. I had diarrhea all day yesterday. I am still recovering today.
