Ate at Panera bread on Saturday October 29, 2016. Had a tuna salad sandwich, broccili cheddar bread bowl, baguette and a tea. While sitting talking with my group I began to feel nauseated. I pushed it aside but as I drove home it got worse and worse. I then vommited when I got home and felt horrible. I had a fever and could not move out of bed. A day later and I still feel horrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
