I ate Fuji chicken apple salad with romaine lettuce and my friend ate Greek salad also with romaine lettuce. We both experienced severe nausea and diarrhea beginning about 4 hours after eating. Her symptoms were almost completely gone by the next morning, mine have continued so far throughout the next day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
