BBQ Salad Causes Illness - Panera Bread, Buffalo New York

I just had a you pick two , a turkey bacon bravo sandwich and the BBQ salad and my stomach started hurting about an hour after. Have been on and off the toilet for like 3 hours, took 3 horrible poops. Some were straight up liquid. I did see something in my salad that I didn’t think was supposed to be in there but i didn’t think nothing of it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
