Ordered chicken noodle soup and 1/2 chicken walnut sandwich on brown bread. Ate. Tasted ok. Within 45 minutes I was violently throwing up. Sick couple of hours. Later in evening stomach issues. Called dr in pm. Said sound we like food poisoning. It was the only thing I had eaten since the evening before aT 6:00. Told several people and two of them said the same thing has happened to them in the past with the chicken walnut sandwich. Called them and they were not at all concerned, said, come in and fill out a form, that’s what we normally do. Doesn’t sound like that is much of a deterrent. Maybe kitchen temps need to be checked | Symptoms: Vomiting
