Only thing eaten from that morning until lunch. Cup of onion soup was mildly warm with piece of bread on side. 2 hrs later, stomach pains, headache then vomiting. Typical symptoms of food poisoning. Can only figure soup was left out overnight to promote bacterial growth. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
