This afternoon., Not sure Ate there around 2:30pm. Mac-n-cheese, fresh fruit cup, chocolate milk, 1/4 of a chocolate chip muffin top, and a part of a baguette. At 6pm, my almost 4 year old said his stomach hurt and then began puking. All together, 4 of us ate there and nobody else has gotten sick except for the 1. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
