Had the soba noodle bowl with chicken yesterday. Shortly after, I started feeling cramps which worsened over time. Spent the entire night vomiting. Threw up at least seven times throughout the night. Woke up with a pounding headache, hot flashes and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
