I ordered the pick 2 which consisted of the broccoli cheddar soup & 1/2 of the green goddess salad w/out chicken, bread as a side, and a pepsi as my drink. It was around 1 pm when I ate. Around 5 pm my stomach had severe pain and nausea kicked in. Went to the bathroom and immediately had severe diarrhea and started vomiting as well. Vommitting and diarrhea for the next several hours. That is all I ate since the night before so it had to be the soup and/or salad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
