Broccoli Cheddar Soup Illness - Walmart, Simpsonville South Carolina

Two weeks ago I bought a Panera brand pre-packaged broccoli and cheddar soup at Walmart Neighborhood Market. About 48 hours after eating it, I started having lower abdominal pain, diarrhea which then turned to blood only. It lasted about 1 1/2 days. I also had a headache. I believe it to be Salmonella but was not diagnosed by an MD. I did not report it because I thought I may have gotten it from our Aquatic turtle. However, I got a call from my uncle today. He had the soup and is having the same symptoms that I had. I have not had physical contact with him in weeks. So it wouldn't be a "stomach bug". I live in Upstate, South Carolina. I want to report this in hopes that others will not get sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Bloody Stool, Stomach Pain
