December 7, 2031 about 1:00 that afternoon. I had a the onion soup and a chicken chipotle avocado melt with a brownie. By that evening my stomach was cramping and I had severe diarrhea and was nauseated. Later that evening I started vomiting and had diarrhea and vomiting almost every hour throughout the early morning hours. The following morning I was still vomiting but dry heaving. I was sick throughout the day and into that evening. The following morning I was able to hold some liquids down and eat some crackers. I am feeling better but still not 100 percent. No one in my household is sick and I know this was food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
