A month or so ago, I got similarly sick after eating a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich at a their location somewhere in Indiana. At the time I had reasonable doubt since I had also eaten some questionable mid-Century American cuisine at a funeral that day, too. However, I just ate a few bites of the same sandwich yesterday afternoon and now today I feel the exact same symptoms. I felt extremely nauseous and light-headed and eventually vomited. I am not someone who usually has a sensitive stomach. Something is presumably going on with one or more of the ingredients in that sandwich across Indiana and Illinois. Steer clear of it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Lightheaded
