I've been to various Panera Breads several times, but this time I got the creamy tomato soup and Italian sandwich with a side of symptoms. Just your standard intense abdominal pain, diarrhea, gas, and burps likes you wanna throw up. I reacted fast and took medication, as I try to sleep and feel better before work tomorrow morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Burping
