Additional information: My sister and I ate at Panera Bread around 3:45 PM on 12/23/24. We both got you pick two, both getting the French dip sandwich while I got the Asian chicken sesame salad and she got the Mac and cheese. For dinner I made steak tacos with black beans/avocados that my entire family ate. I woke up in the middle of the night with diarrhea and extreme vomiting to the point that I was hospitalized because the vomiting was so severe. The doctor at RWJ Somerville suspected based on the timing that it was from Panera. I am still struggling and feel so faint. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
