I ate 4 slices of Thin Crust Zesty Italian Trio and got horrible diarrhea 4 hours later. Chills sweats and nausea as well. I’ve been feeling this way for about 5 hours now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Sweating
