We ordered delivery for dinner, 2 large pizzas: a sausage & green bell pepper & a Hawaiian pizza. After eating 4 slices, I felt nausea. Before going to bed, I felt nausea, chills, started vomiting and had diarrhea. I had painful stomach cramps and my stomache & belly button felt tender to the touch. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
