Severe Illness After Pizza - Papa John's, London Ontario

We have ordered pizza from here for over ten years. On Thursday, 6 January 2022 we ordered two medium pizzas (Hawaiian & Sausage). Later that night after eating some of them, everyone in the house was violently ill with severe stomach pain, then diarrhea, vomiting, headache, vertigo, and very high temperatures. It has almost been a week and none of us can keep anything more than liquids, soup, and crackers down without throwing up again. We reported the incident to the restaurant and they said that they would get back to us. We still haven't heard from them. We would like someone to test the remaining leftover pizza for contaminants. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Fever
