ER Visit After Pizza - Papa johns largo florida, Largo Florida

On Tuesday night I ordered 2 large pizzas from papa johns. 1st was a pepperoni and 2nd was pepperoni and sausage. My fiancee ate 4 pepperoni slices and 2 slices of the cookie. I had 2 slices of the pepperoni and sausage with 3 bread rolls. About 3 hours later my fiancee became violently I'll throwing up for several hours. I had to take him to the ER where he was admitted from early Wednesday morning to Thursday afternoon. Early Friday morning, I also threw up violently and had diarrhea along with stomach cramps. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
