Ordered Papa John’s on Suburban Ave in St. Paul yesterday around 2 AM, ate a bit after 3 AM, symptoms onset at 10:30 am as soon as I woke up from a fever dream, which are abnormal for me. It started as vomiting and progressed into diarrhea, full body & stomach cramps, muscle soreness and swollen lymph nodes. I got a cheese stuffed crust pizza- not sure what contaminated it. They sent me pizza with their regular red sauce instead of the garlic it was supposed to come with. I also had not ate all day that day, so I know for a fact it had to be the pizza. It was the only meal I had by myself in days, and everyone else in the household is well. I haven’t left the house since last Sunday. This occurred very early on Saturday after a late Friday night, and I have been sick for almost 24 hours now. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
