I ordered a chicken,bacon, pepperoni and ranch pizza, I knew from the first bite it tasted off but I carried on and ate it anyway thinking it was just the ranch dressing or the tobacco sauce, after going to sleep I got up for work and was instantly sick and violent diahorea, I’ve been sick all day and can’t keep the smallest amount of food down, my head is banging and my heart rate is through the roof what ever was in that pizza needs to be looked at. I know it was the pizza as I had only cornflakes that day as I do everyday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
