Repeat Illness from Pizza - Papa John's, Auburn Indiana

So my fiancé and I recently moved to Auburn, we’ve been ordering pizza like once a week because my fiancé works so much. Every time I have had it in the past month I get violently ill. The manager even comped our last order, we got two free pizzas last night and bam. I’m sick again today with horrific symptoms. Never again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
