had extreme abdominal cramping, severe nausea and diarrhea. I literally sat on the toilet that night for over an hour broken out into terrible cold sweats, increased heart rate, all while my stomach churned and my gut wrenched in agonizing pain. My insides felt like they were going to explode as I sat there doubled over in pain and in tears. I also have IBS and Ulcerative Colitis and initially thought I was having just another flair up. However with normal flair ups after everything would pass through my system I would feel better with just residual effects of mild stomach pains, weakness and being tired. This wasn’t like my other flair ups, I didn’t feel any better after leaving the bathroom. I crawled back into bed withering in pain, tacky clammy skin, racing heart and terrible nausea. I placed a heating pad on my stomach, took medication to try to calm my spastic colon along with medicine for the pain and also medicine for nausea. I had what seemed to be an unquenchable thirst and soon my weak and overly exhausted body passed out. I awoke the following morning still with the terrible pain and ill feeling so much so I had to change an in person doctors appointment I had scheduled for that day to a virtual visit because there was no way I could physically drag my body there let alone trust it to not fail me while out. Again I had initially dismissed this as a strange flair up to my IBS and Ulcerative Colitis but after reading about other people suffering the same issues I had after eating Lucky Charms it really makes me skeptical if it really were my health issues even at all or if perhaps it truly were the Un-Lucky Charms I ate!
